Vacation Strength Workout:

Workout 1:

30 pushups; 30 situps; 30 bodyweight squats; 1 minute plank

20 pushups; 20 situps; 20 bodyweight squats; 1 minute plank

10 pushups; 10 situps; 10 bodyweight squats; 1 minute plank

complete as many cycles as you can in 20 minutes, or whatever time you have available.

Workout 2:

20 burpees; 20 spiderman pushups; 20 lunge jumps; 20 leg raises; 20 side lunges (10 each side); complete as many cycles as you can in 20 minutes, or whatever time you have available.

Interval Workouts:

Workout 1

6 x 400 meter run (2 minute rest between runs) record times, then rest 8 minutes after last run, finish with 1 x 800 meter run.

Workout 2

4 x 800 meter run (4 minute rest between runs) record times, after last 800 walk 1 lap, jog 1 lap, then   1 x 400 meter run.

Workout 3

8 x 200 meter run (1 minute rest between runs) record times, then rest 4 minutes after last run, finish with 1 x 400 meter run.

Workout 4

7 x shuttle run (5-10-15-20-25-30) rest 1 minute 30 seconds between runs.

Speed Workouts:

Workout 1

10 x 10 yd sprint (10 sec rest between runs), 5 x 20 yd sprint (20 sec rest between runs), 3 x 40 yd sprint (30 sec rest between runs), 2 x 100 yd sprint (30 sec rest between runs).  10 minute rest then finish with 3 x shuttle run (5-10-15-20-25-30) rest 1 minute 30 seconds between runs.

Workout 2

10 x 120 yd sprint (1 minute rest between runs).

Workout 3

8 x 25 yd hill sprint (20 second rest between runs).  After set of 8 runs do 8 wide arm pushups, 8 regular pushups, 8 close grip pushups, and 1 minute plank.  Complete 8 total cycles.

Cardio Workouts:

Workout 1

2 mile run, record time, 6 minute rest; 1 mile run, record time, 6 minute rest; 1 mile run, record time.
